HOW TO REMOVE OR MODIFY AN ACCOUNT HOLD

ONLY MAIN MEMBER & ACCOUNT MANAGERS CAN ACCESS AND MAKE THE FOLLOWING HOLD CHANGES.

The quickest way to put your membership on hold is through the In-Shape Family Fitness app or Member Hub by following these steps: 

  1. Tap menu in top-left and select Profile
  2. Select Membership Holds option
  3. Select Modify Existing Hold
  4. Select if you'd like to Cancel Hold Request to reinstate your account or change your return date
  5. Review details, then select Process Request
  6. You will be given a confirmation number and an email will be sent to the address on file
