California Family Fitness and In-Shape Health Clubs have announced they are uniting and taking the first step in their rebranding to form In-Shape Family Fitness, boasting 63 health clubs throughout California. 

October 1 will kick off the 9th annual Fight Cancer Campaign. In-Shape Health Clubs and California Family Fitness (Cal Fit), California’s premier destinations for family fitness and wellness, announced today the goal to raise $150,000 for cancer research in October. The two brands, with their 63 clubs throughout California, will come together to raise funds for local chapters of The American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

California Family Fitness (CFF), Sacramento’s leading health and fitness club, announced the launch of Shoot 360, the world's leading immersive basketball training experience, at its Rocklin Sports Complex.

In-Shape Health Clubs, California's top community destination for health and fitness, announced today its goal to raise $100,000 this October in its 7th annual In-Shape Fights Cancer campaign. The money raised will go to local chapters of the American Cancer Society and to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and add to the $476,000 In-Shape previously raised and donated.

The California Fitness Alliance (CFA) today announced it has filed legal action in Los Angeles County Superior Court seeking to restore reasonable access to indoor fitness. CFA believes that government should not continue preventing Californians from having equitable and safe access to indoor fitness centers and the proven benefits, including maximizing their resilience to COVID-19, that exercise provides to their physical and mental health.

In-Shape Health Clubs, California’s top community destination for health and fitness, announced a partnership with The Special Olympics Northern California and Nevada to provide free virtual fitness classes and sponsorships for In-Shape’s virtual races.
