Aqua Fit

Meet us in the pool! Aqua Fit is a total body workout perfect for enhancing cardio fitness and muscular endurance while taking it easy on your joints or if you're healing a previous injury. You'll come for the workout and stay for the community!


Beatz RIDE

Ride to the rhythm of energizing music in Beatz RIDE. This cardio cycle class will enhance endurance and strengthen stamina - and best of all, it feels like a party!



Feel the energy in BODYATTACK®! This high-energy class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises like push-ups and squats. You'll leaving knowing you burned serious calories and with a sense of achievement. This sports-inspired cardio class will challenge your limits – in a good way.



Knock out stress and get strong with BODYCOMBAT®. In this high-energy class you'll strike, punch and kick your way to burning calories and building endurance.


Cardio Kick®

Punch, kick and jab your way to a stronger body! Build stamina, increase flexibility and coordination, burn calories and build strength in this fun class. Cardio Kick offers modifications for all fitness levels.


Freestyle RIDE

Let your favorite instructor guide you through their favorite RIDE as you pedal your way to fitness results. An energizing, engaging cardio cycling class for everybody and every body.


HIGH Fitness

HIGH fitness combines HIIT and plyometrics with music you know and love. This high-energy workout is intense...but in the best way! You'll challenge your cardio fitness and strength in this fun class and leave feeling ready for more.


High Impact Cardio®

Embrace the burn! This full body cardio workout will improve your endurance and torch calories. This class focuses on power and speed, so get ready to get sweaty.



Tone up with this mix of strength, cardio and core training. This challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional and resistance training will help you get in a complete workout in 45 minutes. Burn major calories and take your fitness to the next level!


Low Impact Total Body

Low Impact Total Body is a 45 minute class with a combination of cardio and strength movements to give the participants a total body workout that is easy on the joints and fun to participate in.


MUVZ Fitness

Feel the rhythm and let the music move you! Dynamic steps and fun choreography will help you improve your cardio fitness through intervals, plyometric moves, agility and stability training while you groove to current hip hop and pop hits.



We believe that fitness is a journey, not a race! Find your rhythm to the music and control own resistance levels and speed. Your instructor will take you through hill climbs, sprints and flat riding for a motivating and fun low-impact workout. All levels will enjoy RPM®.



A non-stop, cardio workout fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will challenge your limits and get serious results! This class uniquely blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. Get the best of both worlds with PILOXING®!


SilverSneakers® Circuit

This low-impact class moves you through a circuit of standing choreography and standing upper-body strength work so you leave feeling energized and stronger than ever. Your instructor can adapt the exercises to fit all fitness and ability levels.



Tone and strengthen your body with this awesome full-body workout. Step class is the authentic step workout with the effective routines we all know and love.



STRONG Nation™ is a fun and intense 30-minute workout with body weight moves perfectly synched to music. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.


Water in Motion

Jump in and make a splash in this low-impact, high energy water class. Tone your body and increase endurance with this dynamic cardiovascular workout. Water in Motion is great for all fitness levels.


Zumba® Step

Burn major calories and work your glutes and legs with Zumba® Step. We blend the energy and rhythm of Zumba® with the stamina-strengthening fun of step aerobics to create your new favorite class. This class is great for all fitness levels.
