RPM™ is a 45-minute group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. In an RPM™ workout, you spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down all while keeping pace with the pack. Learn the basic moves like standing up, sitting, and different hand positions. Suitable for every fitness level, RPM™ will lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
This is 30 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on the stationary bike.
