RQT: PICKLEBALL CLASSES

RQT: Pickleball Intermediate Skills

For pickleball players with a skill level of 3.0 or higher, this class will introduce basic pickleball strategy, an understanding of shot selection, control, and consistency. You’ll work together with partners learning court positioning, opponent’s position, volleying, and perfecting the fundamental skills of the sport. (60 minutes)

RQT: Pickleball Advanced Skills

This class will challenge pickleball players with a skill level of 4.0 or higher with more advanced strategy, techniques, and skills. You’ll focus on minimizing unforced errors, becoming more proficient at identifying and attacking opponents’ weaknesses, defending against opponents’ attacks, and mastering pickleball. (60 minutes)

RQT: Pickleball Weekly Shootout

This is a weekly RQT members only tournament-style event. Up to 24 players will be paired with a dedicated partner for the entirety of the event. Teams will compete in pool play with the top teams advancing to the Shootout Playoffs. The top 3 teams from the Shootout will take the podium on either the gold, silver medal, or bronze medal position plus be celebrated on Instagram and the In-Shape Pickleball Facebook page (optional). (3-4 hours)

RQT: Pickleball Jamboree

This is a weekly RQT members only fun, friendly competition where points are awarded for playing and totaled up at the competition’s conclusion. Up to 24 players will rotate partners and opponents and compete to be the top player(s) of the week’s jamboree. (2-3 hours)

RQT: Racquet Sports Speed & Balance

Our Speed & Balance class is designed for members who love to play our various court sports, whether it's pickleball, racquetball, tennis, handball or others. The class will feature "stations" with various speed and balance drills set up with interval style training. Participants will need to bring plenty of water, a towel and a great work ethic as this class will test your stamina, while improving your foot work and overall balance.

RQT: TENNIS CLASSES

RQT: Tennis Intermediate Skills

For tennis players with a skill level of 3.0 or higher, this class will including directional control and depth on both forehand and backhand sides plus the ability to use lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys. (60 minutes)

Our Speed & Balance class is designed for members who love to play our various court sports, whether it's pickleball, racquetball, tennis, handball or others. The class will feature "stations" with various speed and balance drills set up with interval style training. Participants will need to bring plenty of water, a towel and a great work ethic as this class will test your stamina, while improving your foot work and overall balance.

RQT: RACQUETBALL CLASSES

RQT: Racquetball Singles Rotation

A fun, engaging rotation of organized play for RQT members. Up to 8 players will rotate opponents in games to 15. In-Shape Coaches will organize matches to blend skill levels. (2 hours)

RQT: Racquetball Doubles Rotation

A fun, engaging rotation of organized play for RQT members. Up to 12 players will rotate partners in games to 15. In-Shape Coaches will organize matches to blend skill levels. (2 hours)
