Benefits of Cycling
Undeniably the most recognized bike race in the world and one of the toughest sporting events, Le Tour de France is ready to depart this year on our beloved American holiday, the 4th of July. This year’s 102th Tour de France, will cover 21 stages in just 23 days, covering a total of 2087 miles of French, Dutch, and Belgian land.
Throughout the course of the race, approximately 180 racers compete for the honor to wear special jerseys signifying
strength as a sprinter, mountain climber, best young rider, etc. Many riders train for this event for years, building their stamina to both physically and mentally take on the 21-day bike race.
Though it may not seem like it, there are many benefits to cycling. With it being one of the easiest ways to exercise, why not hop on a bike to:

- Improve cardiovascular health
- Reduce stress levels
- Increases your body coordination
So grab a bike and get cycling! Take a ride through your neighborhood or join a cycling class. Though you may not make it to Le Tour de France, use this stress-free exercise to tone your muscles and build endurance!
