Berry Nutty Salad
This healthy fruit and nut salad satisfies both sweet and salty cravings. Instead of reaching for a candy bar, try this healthy dessert.
What You’ll Need
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoons sea salt
What to Do:
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the blueberries, blackberries and pecans.
- Slice the strawberries and place them into the bowl.
- Drizzle the honey or agave syrup onto the mixture.
- Sprinkle the salt onto the salad.
- Stir the mixture and serve.
