This healthy fruit and nut salad satisfies both sweet and salty cravings. Instead of reaching for a candy bar, try this healthy dessert.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt

 

What to Do:

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the blueberries, blackberries and pecans.
  2. Slice the strawberries and place them into the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the honey or agave syrup onto the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the salt onto the salad.
  5. Stir the mixture and serve.
