San Francisco, CA (October 29, 2013) – Les Mills, the world's largest provider of group training programs, today announced it has signed a contract with In-Shape Health Clubs to start offering LES MILLS® group exercise programming at 55 of In-Shape’s state-of-the-art locations in California.
