This month’s fitness challenge is all about posing – yoga posing that is! Whether you’re a yoga devotee or haven’t tried it, these poses are for everybody and every body – no twisted knots to scare you away. Increase your strength and flexibility and release built up tension all month long. And the best part? You can clear your mind and Zen out even on the busiest days as you can do these poses wherever you are, whenever you want.
