Janie FloresI’m a mother of five children. It’s difficult for me to play with my kids standing at 4’11’ and 200 lbs. In October of 2014, I decided enough was enough and I was determined to make a change when it came to my health. I created a consistent plan for me both at the gym and in the kitchen. Four and half months later, I lost a total of 50 lbs! Since 2014, I have maintained my dedication to my health and I love the feeling I get from working out more than ever. Fitness is such an important part of my life now that I have been able to step out of my comfort zone and try new workout regimens that I love, like weight training. I also can’t thank the In-Shape staff enough for their support and encouragement throughout my transformation. Their friendliness made going to the gym comfortable and they would constantly encourage me and complement me on my results. This has kept me motivated to hit the gym every morning at 8:00am sharp and I’ve made these changes in my life for not only myself, but my kids too!
