I just want to share my achievement with everyone. I started the gym weighing 254.5 lbs in November of 2010. Basically doing cardio stuff & some occasional water classes, but after about 6 months and still no result I decided I needed to make a change. Now another 6 months have passed and I have lost 60lbs. I needed to change my eating habits also. I feel so much better. I haven't been this size in over 25 yrs.
