This recipe offers a healthy alternative to a sugar-filled dessert.

 

What You’ll Need

  • 2 cups chopped fruit blueberries and raspberries (but any fruit will do!)
  • 2 cups organic granola
  • 1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)

 

What to Do:

  1. Wash and slice fruit. If desired, separate by color.
  2. Using a trifle bowl, layer fruit, granola and yogurt.
  3. Chill for two hours and serve.
