Welcome to our Cathedral City location! Our In-Shape club in the Coachella Valley area is the ultimate family fitness resort. With an Aquatics Center with an indoor pool, steam room and sauna (as well as the VIP Lounge), there’s always something to do! Need more? Check out a group exercise class or our gym's SHAPES Private Workout Area. Drop the kids off at our Kid Zone, so they can stay active while you do, too.
Reservations are now required to reserve a lane for lap swimming.
