Introducing Kid Fit!
Kid Fit is a free fitness program for kids ages 4-11 to promote healthy habits with an emphasis on FUN! Classes are 30-minutes long and held on weekdays after school in Kid Zone.
While grown-ups head out to the workout floor, kids will look forward to their own workouts designed just for them with classes like All Stars, Yoga, Mini Muscle Madness, Shake It Up and more.
Available at select locations and coming to more clubs soon!
