It’s easy to lose motivation during the holidays, so we’re challenging you to 12 days of Fitmas! Save this calendar to your phone and challenge your friends to do it with you so we can all come out of the holiday season feeling stronger than ever. Happy Holidays and Merry Fitmas!
Day 1 (Dec 13) - Sugar Cookie Squat Challenge
Do as many squats as possible in 1 minute.
Day 2 (Dec 14) - Penguin Planks
Hold a plank for as long as you can. Reach back one hand to touch your hip. Alternate sides.
Day 3 (Dec 15) - Candy Cane Cardio Challenge
High Knees (30 seconds)
Jumping Jacks (1 minute)
Squat Jumps (30 seconds)
Day 4 (Dec 16) - It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Burpees!
Do as many burpees as you can in 1 minute.
Day 5 (Dec 17) - May Your Day Be Merry & Fit!
Try a new group fitness class.
Day 6 (Dec 18) - Get Mistle-Toned!
10x Glute Bridges
10x Plie Squats
10x Bicycle Crunches
Day 7 (Dec 19) - Kettlebell, Kettlebell, Kettlebell Rock!
10x Goblet Squats
10x Russian Twists
10x Kettlebell Swings
Day 8 (Dec 20) - Peppermint Twist Challenge
Do 10 Russian Twists on each side—as slowly as you can!
Day 9 (Dec 21) - Let It Flow, Let It Flow, Let It Flow!
Challenge your flexibility with a yoga class.
Day 10 (Dec 22) - Deck The Halls And Do Some Lunges
Do 20 alternating lunges. Repeat 3 times.
Day 11 (Dec 23) - Ho, Ho, Row!
Hop on the rowing machine and row for 500 meters.
Day 12 (Dec 24) - Jingle Bell Jog
Jog (or walk!) around the block for 10 minutes.
