Celebrate our nation’s birthday with this explosive, firecracker of a workout thanks to In-Shape Master Trainer, Andrea Franco. This HIIT workout is fast and furious so you can get your gains early and be out of the club in time for all the 4th of July fun.

 

 HIIT workout

 

Warm up with 5-10 minutes of jump rope or some light cardio on one of the machines.

 

1 – Half Burpee

2 – Bicycle Crunches

3 – Speed Squat

4 – Plank Jacks

5 – Skaters

 

Beginner:

Complete the first 3 exercises for 30 seconds of work and 60 seconds of rest. Repeat 4x

 

Intermediate:

Complete the first 4 exercises for 30 seconds of work and 45 seconds of rest. Repeat 4x.

 

Advanced:

Complete all 5 exercises for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. Repeat 4x.

 

Cool down with some light cardio on your machine of choice and don’t forget to stretch.
