Celebrate our nation’s birthday with this explosive, firecracker of a workout thanks to In-Shape Master Trainer, Andrea Franco. This HIIT workout is fast and furious so you can get your gains early and be out of the club in time for all the 4th of July fun.

 

 

4th Of July HIIT Workout 

 

Warm up with 5-10 minutes of jump rope or some light cardio on one of the machines.

 

50 Jumping Jacks
13 Push-Ups
50 Butt Kickers
13 Squats
50 Mountain Climbers
13 Sit-Ups

Repeat 3 times for a total of 4 rounds. Rest 1-2 mins between rounds. Cool down with some light cardio on your machine of choice and don’t forget to stretch.
