Join us for a daily session of bicycle crunches – a workout you can do anywhere! By the end of the month you’ll be bicycle crunching your way to defined abs that’ll power you through anything. This challenge builds slowly day by day, so your strength and endurance will enable you to easily complete all the crunches listed for the final day! If you’re a bicycle crunch beast, feel free to double up and multiply each day by two.
