Join us for your daily session, at the club or in your own living room. By the end of the month you’ll be bicycle crunching your way to defined abs that’ll power you through all the fun activities you have planned this spring. This challenge builds slowly day by day, so your strength and endurance will enable you to easily complete the 130 crunches on the final day! If you’re a bicycle crunch beast, feel free to double up and multiply each day by two.
