Loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, iron, and B6 to name a few, this protein shake tastes more like a dessert than a post-workout snack or meal. Toss these in a blender in the order listed below. Pulverize and pour into two glasses to share with your gym buddy:

 

  • 1 cup of milk or milk alternative
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 serving of your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
