Coconut Hydrator Tropical Protein Smoothie
A tropical holiday in a glass, let this month’s recharge card take you to the Caribbean with just a whip and a sip. The coconut is high in Vitamins B, C, and E and the coconut water is ultra-hydrating while the protein will keep your hunger in check. Paleo friendly and pretty darn delicious, this hydrating coconut smoothie is just the thing to add to your morning routine.
What you need:
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup coconut water
- 4-5 chunks of frozen coconut
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- Shredded coconut for garnish
Blend all of the above in order and say hello to the taste of sun, sand and surf.
