It’s that lucky time of year—Shamrock Shake time! Before you head over to your local fast food to indulge in a small shake, just know that will set you back 530 calories and 73 grams of sugar. Here’s a simple, healthy at-home version that’s like finding your own pot of gold.
Ingredients:
- 1 overripe large banana, peeled and frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¼ tsp pure peppermint extract
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
Directions:
