Treat your (sweet)heart to this month’s delicious recharge card recipe that’s packed with heart healthy Omega-3 essential fatty acids and soluble fiber. We’ve filled it with frozen fruit, so seasonality won’t affect how it tastes or availability. We promise, you, and your heart, will love it berry much.


What you need:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. flaxseed meal
  • 1 tbsp. honey (optional to sweeten)


What you do:

Add yogurt first, then the fruit. Blend to combine. Add flaxseed meal and honey and pulse.
