You've probably come across the term 'vinyasa' or ‘yoga flow’ but what does that actually mean? Usually, it refers to a style of yoga that links movement with breath. This style creates a fluid and continuous movement between the poses. It serves as a moving meditation that temporality takes your to-do list out of your mind and is  a great way to calm and destress while toning up.
