Meet one-on-one with a Personal Trainer and then jump into a tailored workout to reignite the motivation to achieve your fitness goals.

Parent's Night Out

Enjoy a night out while our dedicated team entertains your little ones with dinner, games, crafts, activities and a movie. For kids ages 4-12.

$30 for the first child + $20 for each additional. Non-member pricing also available. Space is limited! Register at the Welcome Desk.
