Mixed Berry Smoothie

With the addition of spinach, you're getting a full serving of green leafy veggies and the mixed berries pack a powerful antioxidant punch. Plus with the plain low-fat yogurt, you're hitting your daily dose of probiotics all in one easy to drink meal!
So pull out your pulverizer (aka blender) and throw in the following ingredients in the below order.
Blend together the following ingredients:
- 12 oz water
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp. walnuts
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
- 500 calories
- 57g protein
- 54g carbs
- 14g fiber
- 11g fat
