 Green Goblin Halloween Mocktail Drink, Spinach, Ginger

 

Goblin Goodness ~ 87 Calories

2 ounces pineapple juice (32 calories)

1.2 cup spinach (3 calories)

1 spring mint (5 calories)

½ teaspoon agave low glycemic sweetener (20 calories)

3 – 4 ounces club soda (0 calories)

 

Directions

Muddle the spinach and mint in the pineapple juice until the produce begins to break down and the liquid becomes green. Strain the liquid into a martini shaker filled with ice and add the agave. Shake well so that the agave dissolves. Strain the drink into a new glass, preferably filled with ice. Top with club soda and serve.

½ ounce candied orange syrup (50 calories)

1 tablespoon spiced pumpkin mix (16 calories)

2 ounces lite orange juice (10 calories)

Directions

Combine the chai tea, candied orange syrup, spiced pumpkin mix, orange juice, and lemon juice in a martini shaker and mix well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and orange peel and serve.
