This is a great calorie busting workout you can do anywhere - the club, vacation, or at home. Grab a friend to make it more fun!


Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in-between.


Circuit #1:

  • Lunges
  • Lateral Squats
  • Lateral Plank Walks

2 minute rest


Circuit #2:

  • Push-Ups
  • V-Crunches
  • Bicycle Crunches


2 minute rest


Circuit #3:

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Leg Raises
  • Oblique Twists

Rest for another 2 mintues, grab some water and repeat 2 more times (total of 3 rounds).
