REST FOR 15 SECONDS BETWEEN EACH & 2 MINUTES BETWEEN BLOCKS

 

Warm Up: Do each exercise for 30 seconds & repeat twice

-Monster Walk

-Walk-out

-Runner's stretch

-Jumping Jacks

-Quick feet

 

Block #1 (x3)

Jump Squat

Push-up w/plank rotation

Bicycle crunch

Push press

 

4 minutes total, alternate exercise every minute

10 dumbbell snatches

10 skaters

 

Block #2 (3x)

Reverse lunge with hop

Marching hip bridges

Mountain climbers

Quick feet

 

4 minutes total, alternate exercise every minute

10 weighted jacks

10 broad jumps
