1 – 4 cups leftover turkey

2 cartons low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

1 onion, chopped

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 carrot, chopped

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

2 cups egg noodles

1 sprig fresh thyme



  • Combine all of the ingredients in the slow-cooker and heat on low for 4 – 6 hours.
