This nutritious take on your traditional pumpkin pie smoothie tastes every bit as delicious as your fall favorite but adds a superfood punch with spinach. Let's be real, it's pretty gourd-geous. 


What you need:

• 1 small frozen ripe banana

• 1⁄2 cup pumpkin purée

• 11⁄4 cup spinach

• 1 cup light coconut milk

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more!)

• 2 tbsp plain or vanilla protein powder



What you do:

Blend all of the above and fall in love with autumn!
