This month’s recharge card highlights the gorgeous goji berry, known for improving the immune system, fighting skin cancer, promoting healthy skin thanks to all the beta-carotene in them, and help you protect your peepers. Pair these bad boys with the beta-carotene rich carrot for glowing skin and 20/20-night vision (ok, you might not have super powers, you know what we mean!).

 

Blend the following until you reach the desired consistency and sip away!

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 oz carrot - chopped
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 orange - peeled
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp hempseed
  • 1 cup ice
