Whether or not improving your health is one of your resolutions, this month’s Recharge Card recipe will give your diet a fresh start this January. This nutrient dense, delicious smoothie helps with digestion and detoxification. It’s filled with fiber, vitamins, folate and magnesium to name a few. Plus, the banana, mango and pineapple turn this smoothie into a seriously tropikale treat 


What you need:

  • 2 cups of kale
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp. of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsps. of hemp seeds


What you do:

Blend kale and coconut milk together until smooth. Add fruit and seeds and blend again. Serves two. Enjoy!
