Got a wall? Yes? Great, you have everything you need for this month’s fitness challenge – wall sits! To practice a wall sits, lean your back against a wall with your feet planted firmly on the floor and your knees at a 90-degree angle, feet at hip width apart. This challenge seems so simple (and it is), but you will definitely feel the burn. You’ll be saying, “Oh my QUAD,” in no time. We love this exercise because it works your whole lower body and you can do it anywhere. Invite your kids to join in, too!
