Why is yoga on our list? Honestly, we love the total mind-body workout we get from a Yoga class. It combines strength and stretching with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation. Plus, we think it’s pretty funny when we fall trying to hold our best poses.

Nothing feels more like summer than being outside at the pool. You can splash around with friends and family or sit in the shade under one of our cabanas. Too hot out? Then sneak inside and use the indoor pool instead.

Talk about relaxing—our sauna and steam rooms are the absolute best way to soothe your body and relax your mind after a long day or workout. Even just 10 minutes a day can turn a stressful, busy day into a calm evening.

Sometimes it’s nice to get away from home but still be in a space that sort of feels like it could be home. Our lounge has free Wi-Fi and lets you plan out your workouts, watch workout videos or just catch up on your weekly TV shows.
