Warm up, Work out, Recover

Warm Up, Work Out and Recover at In-Shape

Always make sure to warm up your muscles before any type of exercise. We suggest warming up for at least 5-10 minutes.

Recovery is just as important. Take advantage of our foam rollers and massage areas to help your body recover after a tough workout—or just after a long day.
