How to Make a Reservation

You will not need a reservation to visit the club beginning July 1st. Reservations will still be required for studio classes, Kid Zone and select amenities including pool lanes, tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts.  

 

How to make Group Fitness, Kid Zone, Pool and Tennis/Pickleball Court Reservations:

Using the In-Shape app or Member Hub on your desktop (the same login works for both), follow these steps:

  1. Open the app and select the Reservations tile on the home screen or Reservations in the top left navigation.
  2. Click the + button to make a new reservation. If you have existing reservations, you will also see them listed here.
  3. Select the Find An Activity option to see list of available activies. You may also select Pick a Club Arrival Time see activities available at a certain day and time. 
  4. Select the club location and member(s) you’d like to make a reservation for. By default, the main member and home club are selected. 
  5. Select which group fitness class or amenity you’d like to reserve and click Next.
  6. Select the day and time for your reservation and click Next.
  7. Review and agree to the Reservations Terms & Conditions and click Next.
  8. You will see a confirmation message and receive an email confirmation. You can edit/cancel your reservation any time before your reservation begins.

How to Reserve a Group Fitness Class from the Class Schedule:

Using the In-Shape app or Member Hub on your desktop (the same login works for both), follow these steps:

  1. Tap Class Schedule in the bottom menu on the In-Shape app.
  2. Select the class you would like to reserve.
  3. Select the Reserve> button at the bottom of the class description screen
  4. Review and agree to the Reservations Terms & Conditions and click Next.
  5. You will see a confirmation message and receive an email confirmation. You can edit/cancel your reservation any time before your reservation begins.

Will I need a reservation to visit the club?

No, you will not need a reservation to visit the club beginning July 1st. Reservations are still required for group fitness classes, Kid Zone and select amenities including pool lanes, tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts. Amenity reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance and each amenity may be reserved up to 3 times per day.

 

I don't see the Reservations option in the app, what's going on?

If you don't see the Reservations tile on the home screen, make sure you are using the newest In-Shape app. The app icon should have a kettlebell on it:

I don't have a smartphone, how do I make a club reservation?

You can make a reservation in the Member Hub using these steps:

  • If you haven’t used the Member Hub or In-Shape app, you will need to set up a login. Click here and select Create a Login.
  • From any page of the website, select Member in the Select Your View tab under the In-Shape logo and click Member Login in the top right corner.
  • Follow the prompts to login, then tap the Class & Activity Reservations tile on the home screen.
  • Click the + sign and follow the prompts to make a reservation at your club.

 

How long can I work out?

There are no longer any restrictions on how long members can work out at the club. 

 

What happens if I can’t make it to the club and I have a reservation for an amenity or class?

If you can’t make it to the club, please cancel your amenity reservation so another member may take that slot. You can then rebook another amenity or studio class the same day or a different day, pending availability.

 

What happens if I have a reservation for an amenity or class and don’t show up?

Your reservation will automatically cancel at the end of the 30-minute reservation window. It will not show as a check-in. You can rebook your amenity or studio class for another time the same day or another day, pending availability. As a courtesy to our members, we do ask that if you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation so another member may use that slot.
