HOW TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP

The new In-Shape Family Fitness app and Member Hub makes it easy to update your account and make changes to your membership! Below are some common requests that can be addressed in the In-Shape app or Member Hub.

MAIN MEMBER & ACCOUNT MANAGERS CAN ACCESS AND MAKE THE FOLLOWING HOLD CHANGES.

To check if membership is currently on hold, visit the Profile > Membership Holds section of the In-Shape Family Fitness app or Member Hub.

MAIN MEMBER & ACCOUNT MANAGERS CAN ADD OR REMOVE SUBMEMBERS

To add a member to your membership, go to Profile > Manage Members in the In-Shape Family Fitness app or Member Hub and select Add Member. Please note there is a $10 processing fee to remove and add members to a membership.

To remove a member to your membership, go to Profile > Manage Members in the In-Shape Family Fitness app or Member Hub and click the X next to the member you'd like to remove.  Please note there is a $10 processing fee to remove and add members to a membership.

You can only put your entire membership on hold, not specific members. You will need to remove your child from your membership. Please note there is a $10 processing fee to remove and add members to a membership.

No, you will not need a reservation to visit the club or for Kid Zone. Reservations are still required for group fitness classes and select amenities including pool lanes, tennis, pickleball and racquetball courts. Amenity reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance and each amenity may be reserved up to 3 times per day.
