This functional training area features equipment like turf, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and TRX® to mimic natural, everyday movement and strengthen core fitness.

From classic treadmills to ellipticals and indoor rowers, we have plenty of options to get your heart rate–and your endorphins–up and racing.

Rent a locker and store your stuff safely while you train. They’re available overnight for a small fee if need be.

Our clean, well-maintained locker rooms include lockers, benches, multiple vanities, and shower stalls, so you can get in and out quickly.

Feel young at heart with our SilverSneakers® classes. With a focus on senior fitness, these class give older members a fun and affordable way to take control of their health.
