29-minute Circuit® is a 13-station fitness routine that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise to give you a total body workout. Yep, in less than 30 minutes.

This functional training area features equipment like kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands, and TRX® to mimic natural, everyday movement and strengthen core fitness.

Improve your game with 60 minutes of pickleball drills designed to develop your shot selection, shot execution, strategies of pickleball and service skills. Doubles play available after the clinic!

Players level 3.0 and below should attend this class to practice their pickleball doubles skills. The ladder will provide all players with plenty of games, partnering with and competing against different players.

Select In-Shape clubs have racquetball courts, and will provide you with equipment for this calorie-melting sport, including racquets, balls, gloves, and protective eyewear.

Play a match against an opponent and get a little friendly competition in with our Racquetball League.
