CLASSES & ACTIVITIES
A health club just wouldn’t be complete without fun group classes and activities. Across all of our locations, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes and activities for you to enjoy. Some of our member favorites include Cycle classes, Les Mills BODYPUMP® classes, Tennis and swimming. Because our classes and activities do vary by location, check with your club to see what’s available.
Whether you’re looking to work on your backhand or just enjoy some friendly competition, we have a variety of tennis activities for you to improve your game!
Show off your skills, practice your three pointers or play games with friends on any of our outdoor or indoor basketball courts for a whole lot of fun!
Swim laps, join a class or take a dip any time of the year in one of our indoor or outdoor pools.
*Pools are reserved for limited lap swimming only until further notice. Reservations are required and can be made in the In-Shape app.
Kids Classes & Activities
Our kids programming is a great way for little ones to be active, have fun and stay healthy.
Our racquetball courts are inside select clubs and provide you with the equipment you need to play all day—including racquets, balls, protective eyewear and comfortable gloves.

In-Shape offers senior fitness programs dedicated to helping our senior members stay active and live a healthy lifestyle. These programs provide specialized exercise for seniors and, in some cases, even free membership.
