BARRE

Tone and tighten your tiniest muscles for that long, lean look! No dance experience required. Join us for a fun workout using the barre for balance, plus hand weights, gliding discs and Bender Balls.


BARRE FUSION

In Barre Fusion, we combine our favorite parts of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. Instead of the barre, this class uses gliding discs, hand weights, Bender Balls, and your own body weight, to deliver the burn and strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

HOT PILATES

Everything you love about a high-intensity, low impact workout based on Pilates principles set in our 90+ degree infrared warmed room. Strengthen muscles and heat up your core followed by a restorative cool down.

POP PILATES®

SIMPLY PILATES

Classic Pilates movements presented at a slower pace and with more modifications. This class is perfect for those new to Pilates or that have injuries that need to be addressed, while still building a strong, sleek physique.
