Getting older doesn’t have to be a burden. We offer many senior fitness classes to help you stay active and feel young.

Below are the Senior classes we offer. Check your club's studio schedule for times, and don't forget to make a reservation!

AQUA FIT

Meet us in the pool! Aqua Fit is a total body workout perfect for enhancing cardio fitness and muscular endurance while taking it easy on your joints or if you're healing a previous injury. You'll come for the workout and stay for the community!


AQUA ZUMBA®

Dance party meets pool party! Join us for Aqua Zumba®, which combines fitness and dance moves with fun and upbeat music. The water's resistance adds an additional challenge to tone your muscles.


CHAIR YOGA

Enjoy the benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the mat. Chair yoga is a mix of chair and standing routines created with all levels of ability in mind.


FOREVER FIT

Beginners and seniors welcome! Boost energy levels, strengthen your muscles and improve balance. Our Forever Fit class features easy-to-follow choreography in a fun, lighthearted environment.

SILVERSNEAKERS® CLASSIC

Let's have fun and feel great together! You'll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support as your instructor leads you through a low-impact workout to increase your strength, balance and range of movement. SilverSneakers® Classic welcomes all fitness levels.


SILVERSNEAKERS® YOGA

Life is always changing, so let's stay flexible! Move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase balance, flexibility and range of motion. Each class with finish with restorative breathing exercises and relaxation to help reduce stress throughout your day.


ZUMBA®

Life is happier when you dance, so come join us for ZUMBA®! This class fuses Latin and international music and dance for a cardio workout that never feels like work.


ZUMBA® GOLD

Are you a senior or new to ZUMBA®? Come join the party in our ZUMBA® Gold class. This class fuses Latin and international music and dance together for a fun-filled workout.
