Our 29-Minute Circuit® is a 13-station workout routine all fitness levels can enjoy. This fun routine combines resistance training with aerobic exercise to give you a total-body workout in less than 30 minutes–perfect for anyone looking to do a lot of work in little bit of time.
BODYPUMP®
Get ready to feel the power with BODYPUMP®, the original LES MILLS® barbell class. Whether you've never picked up a barbell or lift heavy in the weight room, this full-body workout is for you. Through fun music, great instructors and moves like squats, curls and deadlifts, you'll sculpt, tone and tighten your entire body.
CORE CONDITIONING
Get started at your core with our Core Conditioning class. Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination with a class that focuses on strength, movement and balance. All fitness levels are always welcome!
FOREVER FIT
Beginners and seniors welcome! Boost energy levels, strengthen your muscles and improve balance. Our Forever Fit class features easy-to-follow choreography in a fun, lighthearted environment.
