28-Day Plank Challenge
It’s the start of a new month (and a new year), so a chance to challenge yourself to a daily action that will lead to results. This January join us for a 28-day plank challenge, where each day builds on the last to strengthen that core in just a minute or two a day! Whether it’s in front of the TV after a long day, during your lunch break at work, after a great cardio session at the club, or during your daily weight room visit, you can plank anywhere, wearing anything and at any time.
Couple of things to keep in mind when holding the plank position:
- If you’re on your forearms, keep your elbows directly beneath your shoulders.
- Press through your heels to lengthen your legs.
- Pull your belly button in toward your spine, and up toward your ribs, to keep your back flat.
