Whether or not you’re a froth-at-the-mouth, die-hard fan of pumpkin spice or you think it strictly belongs in Thanksgiving’s favorite dessert, there’s no denying it’s well and truly PSL season. PSL? You know…Starbucks’ infamous and polarizing Pumpkin Spice Latte.


While they may put the taste of fall in your mouth, they come at a pretty price – 380 calories, 52 grams of carbohydrates and 50 grams of sugar in a Grande size to be exact. With our version, you can have it without leaving your house (and without all the added sugar!).


What you need:

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1 cup hot brewed coffee

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

3-4 drops of liquid stevia (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

What you do:

Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth and creamy. Or you can simply whisk the ingredients together in a pan over medium heat on the stove.


Make it a Frappe:

Chill all ingredients and combine with ice in blender! Remember: more ice = thicker frappe!
