What can I say – 5 lbs lean weight gain in 10 weeks! And I still fit into my skinny jeans. Edder works us out hard, but always according to what we can do safely. He is positive and upbeat and encourages me to lift more, within my capabilities. We work each body part twice a week, on a rotating basis and I can see the muscle definition developing. I love muscles and I love our workouts with Edder.
