Workout 101: Lunges
Here's the "how-to" on executing this workout!
- Stand upright with your feet together, then take a step forward with your right leg.
- As you step, lower your hips towards the floor by bending your knees to a 90-degree angle.
- Push off with you right foot in a controlled motion back to the stating position.
- Follow same process for the opposite leg.
