HOW TO REQUEST A MEMBERSHIP HOLD

ONLY MAIN MEMBER & ACCOUNT MANAGERS CAN ACCESS AND MAKE THE FOLLOWING HOLD CHANGES.

The quickest way to put your membership on hold is through the In-Shape Family Fitness app or Member Hub by following these steps: 

  1. Tap menu in top-left and select Profile
  2. Select Membership Holds option
  3. Select Place Membership on Hold
  4. Select the reason for putting your account on Hold, dates you would like the hold to start and end, then select Next
  5. Review hold details, then select Process Hold Request
  6. You will be given a confirmation number and an email will be sent to the address on file
