In-Shape Health Clubs – 2022 FIT CLUB – April Edition Official Rules

Participation Prizes: The following Participation Prizes will be automatically awarded to eligible participants meeting the required participation levels described below while supplies last:

FIT CLUB – Members with at least twelve (12) eligible check-ins between April 1 and April 30, 2022, will earn one (1) FIT CLUB Hat or mystery prize depending on prize inventory at each club. Eligible members will receive a notification in the In-Shape app directing them to their Home Club to redeem the prize. Reward Center barcode that can be found in the app must be presented at the Welcome Desk to redeem the FIT CLUB prize no later than May 5, 2022. Styles and sizes may vary by club and quantities may be limited to supply on hand.

All other rewards and prizes including but not limited to free bottle of water after five (5) eligible check-ins, birthday rewards and senior rewards are temporarily suspended until further notice.
