The whole family will love this refreshing smoothie that tastes just like an old-fashioned Creamsicle.


  • 4 fresh oranges, peeled
  • 2 cups ice
  • ⅓ cup milk (skim, soy, coconut or almond)
  • 1-2 tbsp. honey or agave
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract



Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, oat or coconut milk


Combine all ingredients and blend.

  • ½ cup sliced green apple
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 leaves of kale



Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!


15. Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Acai Smoothie Bowl Recipe
If you prefer to eat your smoothies with a spoon than with a straw, try this delicious smoothie bowl on for size!



  • 1 packet frozen, unsweetened acai (1/2 cup)
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp. nut butter
  • Toppings include: ½ banana sliced, blueberries, chopped almonds, and chia seeds.



Place açaí it in a blender and pulse to break it into small pieces. Add the banana, the milk and nut butter and blend until smooth. Add additional milk a tablespoon at a time to get a smooth texture, if desired. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
