Cycle

Cycle at In-Shape

Enhance endurance and strengthen stamina in our cycle classes. Here’s how to ensure your bike is ready to ride.

1. Reserve your spot in the app 

2. Arrive early to adjust your bike

  • You can adjust seat height, distance to the handle bars and the handle bar height to find the perfect ride for class. Arrive early to have your instructor help you.

3. Get on the bike

  • To get on the bike, slip your foot into one pedal cage, then lift the other leg up and over, the way you’d mount a horse. Tighten the straps to secure your feet to the pedals.

  • Use the red lever on the handlebars to adjust resistance: press up to add resistance (make it heavier) and down to reduce resistance.

4. Start pedaling to turn your console on and you're ready to go!
